Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CBT Therapist to join our team as a CAMHS CBT Lead for Bury CAMHS. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and developing the stepped care, high intensity CAMHS service for children and adolescents aged 5-18 years.

Main Duties
  • Manage and develop the stepped care, high intensity CAMHS service for children and adolescents aged 5-18 years.
  • Manage CAMHS clinicians and provide supervision for team members undertaking assessment and a range of interventions.
  • Develop and implement therapeutic plans of care for children and adolescents with mental health needs.
  • Support the service to deliver training and consultation to other children's agencies.
  • Liaise with other agencies regarding the implementation of care plans and the management of risk for children and adolescents.
  • Promote and support mental health awareness in agencies supporting children and adolescents.
