About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CAMHS CBT Therapist to join our team at Pennine Care NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality CBT therapy to children and adolescents with a range of mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide CBT therapy to children and adolescents with a range of mental health needs
  • Work collaboratively with other professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine the most effective treatment approach
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with children, adolescents, and their families
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient progress and treatment plans
Requirements
  • Postgraduate diploma in CBT or equivalent
  • Accreditation with the British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP)
  • Experience working with children and adolescents with mental health needs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
