Job Overview:

The Senior Expert in Manufacturing and Quality Management plays a pivotal role within the NTT DATA Digital Core Practice. The ideal candidate will collaborate with a broader team responsible for designing and implementing SAP solutions tailored to our clients' needs. As a Senior Expert, you will engage in customer projects and deliver Manufacturing and Quality Management solutions, working closely with Solution Architects, Project Managers, and the Integration Team to provide innovative and high-quality solutions integrated into core S4/ECC and non-SAP systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Manufacturing and Quality Management Solution Architect in collaborating with clients and NTT DATA sales and business development teams to translate business requirements into effective solutions that leverage Manufacturing and Quality Management capabilities.
  • Provide strategic insights to NTT DATA and its clients, focusing on Supply Chain strategies, particularly in Manufacturing and Quality Management solutions.
  • Act as the design authority on projects, ensuring that the quality and integrity of Manufacturing and Quality Management solutions align with industry best practices.
  • Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with new technologies and developments, ensuring NTT DATA remains at the forefront of the market.
  • Identify opportunities for repeat and extended business, contributing to NTT DATA's growth by recognizing customer opportunities.
  • Demonstrate expertise in the delivery and configuration of Manufacturing and Quality Management process flows.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Exceptional communication and influencing skills, capable of inspiring trust and acting as a role model within the Manufacturing and Quality Management solution architecture domain.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering customer projects and providing Manufacturing and Quality Management solutions for complex requirements.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, able to build relationships with stakeholders across NTT DATA and external partners.
  • Demonstrates integrity and resilience, capable of navigating unforeseen challenges while maintaining business objectives.
  • Ability to make sound decisions in complex environments.
  • A commitment to continuous learning and sharing expertise to enhance business processes.

Personal Profile – Experience:

  • Over 10 years of professional experience in an SAP environment, with at least 6 years in Manufacturing and Quality Management consulting.
  • Demonstrated experience in solution design and architecture, with successful delivery across multiple full project lifecycles.
  • Cross-functional knowledge is advantageous, particularly in understanding core processes in other logistics modules.
