Job Overview:

The Senior Expert in Manufacturing and Quality Management plays a pivotal role within the NTT DATA Digital Core Practice. The ideal candidate will collaborate with a broader team dedicated to designing and implementing SAP solutions tailored to meet client requirements. As a Senior Expert, you will engage in customer projects, delivering Manufacturing and Quality Management solutions in partnership with Solution Architects, Project Managers, and the Integration Team to provide innovative, high-quality solutions that integrate seamlessly with core S4/ECC and non-SAP systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Manufacturing and Quality Management Solution Architect in closely collaborating with clients and NTT DATA sales and business development teams to translate business needs into effective solutions that leverage Manufacturing and Quality Management capabilities.
  • Lead and coordinate integrated workshops with senior stakeholders in client organizations, ensuring detailed and complex requirements are addressed.
  • Provide strategic insights to NTT DATA and its clients, focusing on Supply Chain strategies, particularly within Manufacturing and Quality Management solutions.
  • Act as the design authority for projects, ensuring that the quality and integrity of Manufacturing and Quality Management solutions align with industry best practices.
  • Engage in continuous learning to stay abreast of new technologies and developments, ensuring NTT DATA remains a market leader. Share expertise to enhance the effectiveness of business processes.
  • Identify opportunities for repeat and extended business concerning NTT DATA's comprehensive service offerings, contributing valuable insights to support business growth.
  • Demonstrate expertise in the delivery and configuration of Manufacturing and Quality Management process flows.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Exceptional communication and influencing skills, capable of inspiring trust and acting as a role model within the Manufacturing and Quality Management architecture domain.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering customer projects and providing Manufacturing and Quality Management solutions for complex requirements.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, adept at building relationships with stakeholders across NTT DATA and with external clients, suppliers, and partners.
  • Exhibits personal integrity and the ability to navigate unforeseen challenges while maintaining focus on business objectives.
  • Demonstrates sound decision-making capabilities in complex environments.
  • A strong desire for continuous learning and staying updated on evolving technologies, sharing knowledge in a structured manner to enhance operational effectiveness.

Personal Profile – Experience:

  • More than 10 years of professional experience in an SAP environment, with at least 6 years in Manufacturing and Quality Management consulting. Experience with value-added resellers or software houses is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated experience in solution design and architecture, with successful delivery across all phases of more than 5 full project lifecycles.
  • Cross-functional knowledge is desirable, with an understanding of core processes in other logistics modules.
