About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Claimont Health LTD. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our clients who require complex health needs in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing person-centered care to clients with complex health needs
  • Assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare professionals
  • Maintaining accurate records of client care and progress
  • Collaborating with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
Requirements
  • 1 year or more experience as a Healthcare Assistant with complex care experience
  • NVQ Level 3 related subjects or equivalent
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Commitment to delivering client-specific care and promoting independence

Person Specification
  • Significant experience in a similar role
  • Commitment to mandatory training, attendance, and engagement

  • Understanding of Information Governance, Data Protection, and safeguarding vulnerable children and adults
