Key Responsibilities:

* Participate in dispensary team meetings and daily set up, providing good communication and handover.
* Monitor and observe workflow, proactively managing bottlenecks and supporting the team.
* Accurately manage stock of controlled drugs, including ordering and receiving, and investigating discrepancies.
* Dispense clinical trial medication and keep appropriate records.
* Manage workload according to agreed pharmacy turnaround times and escalate when necessary.

Person Specification:

* Previous experience in hospital or community pharmacy.
* Professional Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
* ACPT accredited or willing to work towards qualification.
* NVQ3 in Pharmaceutical Services or Equivalent.
