Role Overview
Cpl Life Sciences is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Analytics Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for providing strategic insights and recommendations to support business growth and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies to drive business growth and revenue
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop strategic plans to capitalize on them
- Design and implement data analytics solutions to measure and optimize marketing performance
- Provide regular reporting and insights to stakeholders on marketing performance and trends
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing analytics and apply this knowledge to drive business growth
Requirements
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Strong MS Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Understanding of quantitative and qualitative research methodologies
- Experience in managing secondary data and familiarity with pharma applicable data (e.g. Midas)
- Proven ability to connect, integrate and synthesize analysis and data into meaningful insights to drive business decisions
- Expertise in customer/omni-channel analytics and experience with data visualization solutions (e.g. Tableau)
- Previous experience in forecasting revenues and experience with budget and resource allocation management
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in commercial, strategy, consulting and/or research/analytics experience
- Experience in the healthcare and pharmaceuticals industry
