Job Summary:

Pursuit Resources Group is seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Manager to lead our Temporary Commercial Desk. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing client relationships, and delivering exceptional recruitment services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and expand our client base.
  • Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their recruitment needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize industry networks and databases to source high-quality candidates, ensuring a strong pipeline of talent for our clients.
  • Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet client needs, including job board advertising, social media marketing, and candidate engagement.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and support a team of recruitment consultants, providing guidance and coaching to ensure exceptional service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years' experience in temporary recruitment, with a proven track record of business growth and client development.
  • Skillset: Strong sales, networking, and client development abilities, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in using recruitment databases and software, with experience of LinkedIn recruitment marketing.
  • Personal Qualities: Proven resilience, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic, with a passion for delivering exceptional results.
