Job Summary:

Pursuit Resources Group is seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to lead our Temporary Commercial Desk. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing client relationships, and delivering exceptional recruitment services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and expand our client base.
  • Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their recruitment needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize job boards, social media, and other channels to source high-quality candidates, ensuring a strong pipeline of talent.
  • Recruitment Process: Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to placement, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for clients and candidates.
  • Team Leadership: Collaborate with the recruitment team to achieve business objectives, providing guidance and support to ensure success.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years' experience in temporary recruitment, with a proven track record of business growth and client development.
  • Skillset: Strong sales, networking, and client development abilities, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in using recruitment databases to manage candidates and clients, with experience in LinkedIn recruitment (desirable).
  • Personal Qualities: Proven resilience and a positive attitude, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
