Job Title: Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing person-centered care and support to individuals with varying needs. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the health, safety, and well-being of our service users, promoting their independence and dignity at all times.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centered care and support to individuals with varying needs
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and medication management
  • Support individuals to engage in activities that promote their physical and emotional well-being
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, as required
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support
Requirements
  • GCSEs or equivalent in English and Maths
  • Experience working in a care or support role
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
