Job Title: Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in providing high-quality care to our client, Verity. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in ensuring Verity's physical and emotional needs are met, enabling her to live a fulfilling and independent life.

About the Role:
  • Provide personal care and support to Verity, including assistance with daily living tasks, mobility, and communication.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure seamless care delivery and maintain a safe and comfortable environment for Verity.
  • Develop and maintain a strong relationship with Verity, understanding her needs, preferences, and goals.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in providing high-quality care.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, promoting a culture of respect, empathy, and open communication.
About Verity:

Verity is a vibrant and enthusiastic individual who requires support with all aspects of her daily life. She is registered blind and communicates primarily through non-verbal means, relying on her care team to interpret her needs and wishes.

As a Support Worker, you will have the opportunity to work with Verity in a variety of settings, including her home and community, and will be expected to adapt to her changing needs and preferences.
