Job Title: Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in providing high-quality care to our client, Verity.

About the Role:

As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing personal care and support to Verity, including assistance with daily living tasks, mobility, and communication. You will work closely with our team to ensure that Verity's needs are met and that she receives the best possible care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care and support to Verity, including assistance with daily living tasks, mobility, and communication.
  • Work closely with our team to ensure that Verity's needs are met and that she receives the best possible care.
  • Assist with hoisting and moving and handling, including using hoisting equipment.
  • Provide support and supervision to Verity during the day and overnight.
  • Communicate effectively with Verity and our team to ensure that her needs are met.
Requirements:
  • Experience in care work or a related field.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to provide physical support and assistance as required.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to Verity's needs.
