Highly Specialist Pharmacist - HIV, Sexual Health and Gender Health
Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced pharmacist to lead our clinical pharmacy services in HIV, Sexual Health, and Gender Health. The successful candidate will have expertise in HIV and GU drug therapy and be able to advise on treatment at an advanced level.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and deliver pharmaceutical services to meet the needs of the HIV, Sexual Health, and Gender Health directorate.
- Identify and promote best practice in clinical pharmacy services.
- Motivate and inspire others to create a positive working environment.
- Demonstrate innovation within the specialty.
- Represent pharmaceutical care issues within the directorate.
- Work collaboratively with senior pharmacy and medical staff.
- Develop the HIV, Sexual Health, and Gender Health pharmacy service.
- Deputise for the Lead Directorate Pharmacist at external meetings.
- Service users
- Pharmacy staff
- HIV, Sexual Health, and Gender Health directorate staff
- HIV, Sexual Health, and Gender Health research staff
- Finance department staff
- Human resources and other trust staff
- External personnel working in HIV, Sexual Health, and Gender Health
