Job Title: Advanced Pharmacist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Advanced Pharmacist to join our team at King's College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality clinical pharmacy services to our patients.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing clinical pharmacy services in our Care Group, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery. You will be an expert in medical management and will provide specialist advice and guidance to healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage clinical pharmacy services in the Care Group
  • Provide specialist advice and guidance to healthcare professionals
  • Act as a specialist role model and expert in medical management
  • Participate in multidisciplinary ward rounds and other meetings
  • Supervise and train pharmacy staff
  • Provide education and training to healthcare professionals
Requirements
  • MPharm degree
  • Registered pharmacist
  • Postgraduate diploma or equivalent
  • Experience of multidisciplinary team working
