About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Associate Director to lead our Highways Infrastructure Delivery team in the West Region. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing strategic direction and governance to our projects, ensuring successful delivery from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead multi-disciplinary teams to deliver high-quality projects, driving growth and innovation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with public and private sector clients, identifying new business opportunities.
  • Mentor and develop teams, promoting excellence in service delivery and technical leadership.
  • Oversee commercial management, risk assessment, and project programming, ensuring effective project delivery.
  • Contribute to business strategy development, driving growth and success in the West Region.
About You

We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong background in highways design and construction, quality assurance, and technical leadership. You will have a thorough understanding of relevant legislation, planning policy, and design standards. Your expertise in financial management, contract management, and business development will be essential in driving growth and success in the West Region.
