Job Title: Associate Director - Highways Infrastructure Delivery

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Director to lead our Highways Infrastructure Delivery team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-profile highway projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead multi-disciplinary teams to deliver complex highway projects
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners
* Oversee commercial management, risk assessment, and project programming
* Mentor and develop teams to ensure high-quality service delivery and innovation
* Help shape business strategies to drive growth and success

About You:

* Extensive experience in highways design and construction
* Proven track record of delivering high-profile projects on time and within budget
* Strong commercial acumen and ability to drive new business
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
* Chartered status (desirable but not essential)

What We Offer:

* Competitive salary up to £80,000 per annum DOE
* Hybrid working arrangement
* Contract: Permanent
* Full time, 37.5 hours per week
