About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Associate Director to join our leadership team in the West Region. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of highways infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead multi-disciplinary teams to deliver projects from inception to completion.
  • Build lasting partnerships with public, private, and developer clients to drive growth and new business opportunities.
  • Mentor and develop teams to ensure high-quality service delivery and innovation.
  • Oversee commercial management, risk assessment, project programming, and more.
  • Help shape business strategies to meet ambitious growth targets.
About You
  • Extensive experience in highways design and construction.
  • Quality assurance and technical leadership experience in a design and delivery capacity.
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation, planning policy, guides, and design standards.
  • Financial management skills for significant project and programme values.
  • Network of consultant, contractor, and developer contacts to assist in business growth.
  • Proven track record of securing new client opportunities.
  • Proven success leading teams and delivering client-focused results.
  • Strong commercial acumen and passion for driving new business.
  • Ability to inspire and mentor your team to achieve excellence.
What We Offer
  • Salary: Up to £80,000 per annum DOE.
  • Hybrid working.
  • Contract: Permanent.
  • Full time, 37.5 hours per week.
