About the Role

Allica Bank Limited is seeking a highly skilled Business Transformation Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Program Management team, you will play a crucial role in driving organizational change and implementing strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Deliver Business Outcomes: Ensure that allocated projects or key pieces of change are effectively implemented and understood, achieving their desired objectives.
  2. Assess Change Impact: Conduct data analysis and impact assessments to identify key stakeholders and develop mission strategies and plans.
  3. Facilitate Program Management: Work closely with cross-functional team members and stakeholders to understand and ensure adoption of mission change.
  4. Manage Risks and Issues: Identify and mitigate risks, issues, actions, dependencies, and change control.
  5. Develop Requirements Specifications: Create requirements specifications according to standard templates, using natural language.
  6. Strong Analytical and Product Management Skills: Interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.
  7. Commercial Awareness: Demonstrate a proactive attitude to make a difference and drive impact.
  8. Effective Communication: Communicate complex problems and analysis simply with various stakeholders.
  9. Leadership Experience: Lead the delivery of significant and complex projects and organizational change, ideally within a migration program.
