About the Role:
Snap Finance UK is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of People and Culture to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive people strategy that drives business growth and fosters a high-performing, inclusive workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement People Strategies: Design and execute innovative people strategies that align with our business objectives and promote a culture of engagement, inclusivity, and excellence.
- Talent Acquisition and Development: Lead the development and implementation of talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies to attract, grow, and retain top talent across the organization.
- Organizational Design and Change Management: Partner with senior leaders to drive organizational design, change management, and workforce planning to support business growth and transformation.
- Compensation and Benefits: Design and implement competitive compensation and benefits programs to motivate, incentivize, and retain our talented team.
- HR Systems and Processes: Oversee the implementation and management of HR systems, processes, and policies to ensure compliance and operational excellence.
- Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion: Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives that create a culture where everyone feels valued, empowered, and able to contribute their best.
- Manager and Leader Development: Provide coaching and support to managers and leaders to help them build high-performing teams aligned with our mission and values.
Requirements:
- Senior HR/People Role Experience: Proven experience in a senior HR/People role, ideally within high-growth companies and larger, more structured environments.
- Commercial Acumen: Strong commercial acumen, gained through membership of leadership teams.
- Talent Development and Organizational Design: Strong background in talent development, organizational design, and driving cultural change.
- Compensation and Benefits Strategy: Expertise in compensation and benefits strategy, with experience in managing incentives for senior and commercial roles.
- HR Information Systems and Data Analysis: Proficiency with HR Information Systems (HRIS) and experience using HR data to drive strategy and decision-making.
- Communication and Influencing Skills: Excellent communication and influencing skills, capable of building strong relationships at all levels.
- Coaching and Emotional Intelligence: A coaching mindset, able to support colleagues in the senior leadership team with their development, and high emotional intelligence.
