Experienced Support Assistant Wanted

Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic support assistant to accompany a lady on social outings, including shopping trips and visits to cafes. The ideal candidate will be able to provide companionship and support, helping the lady to maintain her independence and engage in activities she enjoys.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Accompany the lady on social outings, including shopping trips and visits to cafes.
  2. Provide companionship and support to help the lady maintain her independence.
  3. Assist the lady with tasks such as going to the shops and completing errands.
Person Specification:

We are looking for someone who is:

  1. Enthusiastic and bright.
  2. Outgoing and able to engage in conversation.
Terms and Conditions:
  1. The rate of pay for this position is £11.68 per hour.
  2. Hours and times of work: two hours every two weeks, advised in advance.
  3. The annual holiday entitlement for this position will be equivalent to the work I would normally expect to be done during 5.6 consecutive weeks.
  4. This position requires the employee to complete the following free annual training: GDPR, Health and Safety, First Aid.
Post is Subject to the Following:
  1. A satisfactory enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) check, the cost of which will be covered by the employer.
  2. Satisfactory references from two referees, one of which must be your current or last employer.
  3. Completion of a satisfactory probationary period of 6 months.
