About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Care Support Worker to join our team at Ambient Support in Kings Lynn. As a Care Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing care and support to individuals with complex learning disabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide person-centered care and support to individuals with learning disabilities
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care and medication management
  • Encourage participation in activities and community events
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure high-quality care and support

Requirements

  • No previous experience is necessary, as full training and development will be provided
  • Able to work flexibly, including sleep-ins and weekends
  • Ability to drive is an advantage
