About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Support Worker to join our team at Ambient Support in Kings Lynn. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing care and support services for individuals with learning disabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide person-centered care and support to individuals with learning disabilities
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care and household chores
  • Encourage and support individuals to participate in community activities and outings
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure high-quality care and support

Requirements

  • Previous experience in care and support is not necessary, but a willingness to learn and develop skills is essential
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Enhanced DBS clearance required
