We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Worker to join our team at Housing 21. As a Care Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting our residents to live their best lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support residents with household and domestic tasks, such as laundry, shopping, cleaning, and financial transactions.
  • Prepare meals, drinks, and snacks as needed.
  • Encourage and enable residents to follow agreed care plans.
  • Assist residents with personal care, including washing, bathing, and dressing.
  • Put resident wellbeing at the heart of the service, going the extra mile to ensure our residents can live their best lives.
