Job Title: Care and Support Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care and Support Specialist to join our team at Comfort Call Limited. As a Care and Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and managing incontinence
  • Assist with practical tasks such as shopping, mealtimes, and housework
  • Follow individual care plans and assist with medication
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to clients

Requirements:

  • Experience in carrying out initial risk and needs assessments
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit team
  • Resilience and willingness to learn new skills
