  • Strong understanding of National Service Frameworks and NICE guidance relevant to the care setting.
  • Demonstrated commitment to continuous professional development.

Desirable Criteria:

  • Specialist qualifications relevant to the area of practice (e.g., non-medical prescribing, mentorship, coaching).
  • Health-related degree and evidence of relevant postgraduate development at Level 6 (PTLLS/DTLLS, PGCE, Certificate in Education Management, or supervisory qualification).
  • Experience leading and managing teams.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and various IT packages (E-Pay, E-roster, AT-P, RiO).
