- Valid UK NMC PIN registration.

- Strong understanding of National Service Frameworks and NICE guidance relevant to the care setting.
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous professional development.
Desirable Criteria:
- Specialist qualifications relevant to the area of practice (e.g., non-medical prescribing, mentorship, coaching).
- Health-related degree and evidence of relevant postgraduate development at Level 6 (PTLLS/DTLLS, PGCE, Certificate in Education Management, or supervisory qualification).
- Experience leading and managing teams.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and various IT packages (E-Pay, E-roster, AT-P, RiO).
Essential Criteria:
- Excellent communication skills, enabling clear and concise information exchange with individuals and groups.
- Strong influencing and negotiating abilities to effectively advocate for patient needs and collaborate with stakeholders.
- Ability to manage time efficiently, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Proven ability to work effectively with diverse individuals at all organizational levels across various sectors.
Essential Criteria:
- Motivational and organized, capable of inspiring and guiding others to achieve best practice.
- Adaptable and flexible, able to manage change effectively within a dynamic healthcare environment.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
- Full valid UK driver's licence and access to a car.
