Job Title: Registered Nurse - Children's Emergency Department

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team in the Children's Emergency Department at East Kent Hospitals University NHS Foundation Trust.

About the Role:

  • Provide high-quality patient care to children and young people in the emergency department.
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure effective patient care.
  • Develop and maintain clinical skills and knowledge to provide evidence-based care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and experience.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse qualification and current NMC registration.
  • Experience of working in a children's emergency department or similar setting.
  • Strong clinical skills and knowledge of paediatric emergency care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
