Job Title: Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) - Bank

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) to join our team at a Barchester care home. As a Bank Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, psychological, and social needs are met.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of our residents.
  • Provide safe and effective medication administration, adhering to regulatory frameworks and guidelines.
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate potential risks.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
Requirements:
  • Current NMC registration and a good understanding of up-to-date clinical practices.
  • Experience in producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments.
  • Knowledge of regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.
