Commercial Insurance Account Executive

We are pleased to announce an exciting opportunity for a skilled Commercial Insurance Broker to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a motivated individual with a strong background in the insurance sector, particularly within the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:
As a vital member of our renewals team, you will:
1. Manage the renewal process for a diverse portfolio of commercial clients, emphasizing the construction sector.
2. Perform in-depth risk assessments and offer customized insurance solutions to address client needs.
3. Negotiate favorable terms and premiums with underwriters to ensure comprehensive coverage.
4. Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor.
5. Stay informed about industry regulations, market dynamics, and product innovations.
6. Meet and exceed business development and revenue goals.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial insurance broking, with a preference for experience in construction-related policies.
- A solid understanding of construction-related risks, contractual obligations, and risk management practices.
- Strong technical knowledge of policy wording, endorsements, and claims processes.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Proficiency in insurance management software, ideally Acturis.
- A commitment to providing exceptional client service and achieving growth objectives.
