Role: Digital Marketing Executive

Hours: Full-time, 42.75 hours per week, Monday to Friday

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to drive business growth and brand awareness for Recycling Lives Services. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of marketing principles, a creative mindset, and excellent communication skills. Experience with marketing automation tools is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Campaign Planning and Execution:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, PPC, and content marketing.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to develop and implement marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, making data-driven adjustments to improve effectiveness.

Content Creation:

  • Develop compelling and engaging content for various platforms, including websites, blogs, social media, and email campaigns.
  • Ensure all content aligns with the brand voice and marketing goals.

Digital Marketing:

  • Manage the company's digital presence, including website updates, SEO, and SEM.
  • Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline and enhance campaign execution.
  • Track and analyze web traffic metrics to optimize online marketing efforts.

Market Research:

  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.
  • Analyze competitor activities and provide insights to improve marketing strategies.
  • Plan and coordinate marketing events, trade shows, and webinars.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (desirable).
  • Experience with marketing automation tools is highly desirable.
  • Proven track record of managing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.
  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools, including CRM systems, email marketing platforms, and analytics tools.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
