About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Partnerships Marketing Manager to lead our partnership activity and help drive sales through promotional activity, raise our profile through collaborative campaigns, and differentiate our brand through creative and innovative executions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Forge and manage partnerships with hotels, airlines, and tourist boards from around the world.
  • Develop and execute marketing promotions and campaigns to drive commercial advantage.
  • Work with the Marketing team to amplify and elevate brand campaign activities.
  • Coordinate the team to ensure all creative is sent to partners for sign off within agreed service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Take ownership of all campaign wrap-up packs for each campaign delivered.
  • Manage budgets and drive sales through target-driven sales experience.

Requirements

  • Strong experience within a business environment.
  • A good understanding of the principles of marketing, project management, and the creative process.
  • Marketing promotions and campaigns knowledge.
  • Ability to support the delivery of partnerships campaigns.
  • Strong relationship building and maintenance skills.
  • Budget management and target-driven sales experience.
  • Meticulous organisational and attention to detail.

Desirable

  • Knowledge or experience of the travel industry – ideally B2B.
