HR Business Partner Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team in Liverpool or Glasgow. As a key member of our HR function, you will work closely with senior leadership to drive business outcomes and support the growth of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Employee Relations: Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR-related matters.
  • Engagement & Communication: Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and communication.
  • Reward and Recognition: Design and implement recognition programs to motivate and reward employees.
  • Organizational Change Management: Lead and support organizational change initiatives to drive business outcomes.
  • Performance & Talent Management: Develop and implement performance management and talent development programs.
  • HR Operations and Onboarding: Ensure seamless onboarding and offboarding processes, and provide administrative support to the HR function.
