About the Role
At Computacenter, we're seeking a skilled Service Delivery Manager to drive the seamless delivery of our service streams to both internal business partners and external customers. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for analyzing, improving, and developing processes and procedures to ensure highly reliable and efficient operations and quality of service.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain high performance levels for service-related processes and implement improvement activities as needed.
- Take ownership of critical incidents, coordinate with resolution parties, and establish effective communication between stakeholders for post-incident reviews.
- Ensure systems, procedures, and methodologies are in place to support outstanding service delivery.
- Take accountability for service delivery performance, meet customer expectations, and drive future demand.
- Collaborate across multiple teams to drive efficiencies both up and down stream within the lifecycle of a project.
- Provide and present accurate and regular reports on performance of the service delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent job experience.
- 5 years of experience working within a project management practice.
- Operational ability in a diverse, large-scale environment.
- Knowledge of escalation procedures, incident management, and other disciplines related to service delivery.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.
