About the Role

At Computacenter, we are seeking a skilled Service Delivery Manager to ensure the seamless delivery of various service streams. As a key member of our team, you will analyze, improve, and develop processes and procedures to enable highly reliable and efficient operations and quality of service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain high performance levels for service-related processes and implement improvement activities as needed.
  • Take ownership of critical incidents, coordinate with resolution parties, and establish effective communication between stakeholders for post-incident reviews.
  • Ensure systems, procedures, and methodologies are in place to support outstanding service delivery.
  • Take accountability for service delivery performance, meeting customer expectations, and driving future demand.
  • Collaborate across multiple teams to drive efficiencies both up and down stream within the lifecycle of a project.
  • Provide and present accurate and regular reports on performance of the service delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent job experience.
  • 5 years of experience working within a project management practice.
  • Operational ability in a diverse, large-scale environment.
  • Knowledge of escalation procedures, incident management, and other disciplines related to service delivery.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States.
