Job Title: Programme Delivery Manager

We are seeking an experienced Programme Delivery Manager to join our Smart Metering Programme team at Affinity Water. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the operational delivery aspects of the programme, ensuring effective execution and achievement of objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the delivery of the Smart Metering Programme, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
  • Develop and implement effective project management plans, including stakeholder engagement and risk management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of programme objectives.
  • Manage and coordinate with multiple delivery partners to achieve programme goals.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and promote a culture of safety excellence.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Project Management, Business Administration, Science, or Engineering.
  • Project/Programme Management Qualification (APM, PMP, Prince2).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project or programme management, preferably within the utilities or Smart Metering sector.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex programmes, including oversight of multiple delivery partners and coordination of end-to-end delivery from installation to completion.
