We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Manager to join our team at Rockpool Recruitment. As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing a global client account, working closely with the client to understand their objectives and anticipate their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee a large global account in a client-facing capacity, working closely with the client to understand their objectives and anticipate their needs.
- Proactively support the client to enhance income and achieve goals, driving growth by managing complex business needs on the travel side.
- Conduct data analysis and reporting, as well as manage contracts, service agreements, and performance.
- Represent the company at events and have regular face-to-face meetings with the client team.
Requirements:
- Must have worked as an account manager or senior account manager for a corporate travel management company, or have experience as an account executive or account manager for a hotel group.
- Experience with global clients is preferred.
- Ideal candidate will be degree educated, with strong project management, analytical, and strategic skills, and proficiency in MS Office.
About the Role:
This is a hybrid role working 3 days a week in a brand-new office in the Glasgow region. You will be working for a great employer who offers a competitive salary, great benefits scheme, and a strong focus on career development and training.
