About the Role
The Head of Enterprise Product Management is a strategic leader responsible for developing and delivering industry-leading digital platforms, products, and solutions that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of a comprehensive digital strategy that aligns with Pfizer's business objectives and customer needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver digital products and solutions that meet customer expectations and drive business results.
- Oversee the product development lifecycle, ensuring timely and effective delivery of digital products and solutions.
- Develop and manage a high-performing product team, providing guidance and support to ensure team members have the skills and resources needed to succeed.
- Partner with senior-level stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication of digital product strategies and roadmaps.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 20+ years of experience in Business Technology or related field, with a proven track record of delivering digital products and solutions.
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving business outcomes.
- Broad knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and its key factors, including regulatory requirements and customer needs.
- Ability to articulate the strategic use of digital technologies to address customer needs and drive business growth.
- Product management essentials and proven track record of delivering digital products and solutions.
- Strong financial and budget acumen, with experience in managing budgets and resources.
- Agile/Lean knowledge or experience, with a focus on delivering high-quality products and solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a deep understanding of its business operations and customer needs.
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Analytics, Marketing, or related field.
- Significant experience developing and delivering digital products and solutions in various industries.
