As the Clinical Director at Priory Healthcare, you will play a pivotal role in the delivery of our counselling and specialist services to customer organizations and clients. This role will be office-based with 1 day working from home.

  • Oversees the delivery of Priory Healthcare's counselling services, ensuring high standards of quality and effectiveness.
  • Leads the Clinical Management Team, providing strategic direction and guidance to ensure the successful delivery of services.
  • Ensures measures and processes are in place to monitor and maintain quality standards in service provision, adhering to industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Oversees Critical Incident responses and management, ensuring a prompt and professional response to any incidents that may arise.
  • Ensures that clinical complaints are suitably investigated and responded to in a professional and timely manner, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Ensures through robust and effective case management and consultation services, that ethical issues are dealt with according to the BACP Ethical Framework, upholding the highest standards of professional conduct.
  • Collaborates with the Operations Director to ensure the highest standards of EAP delivery, working in association to achieve shared goals and objectives.
  • Ensures that clear risk management protocols are in place and part of all new clinical staff induction training, maintaining a safe and supportive work environment.
