Clinical Director Job Description

As a Clinical Director at Priory Group, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality mental health services to our customers. Reporting to the Operations Director, you will be a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, collaborating with the Operations Director and wider team to develop and enhance our services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support and manage direct reports to ensure they operate effectively
  • Oversee the delivery of our counselling services, ensuring adherence to EAPA Standards
  • Develop and implement robust clinical governance processes, ensuring quality standards are met
  • Liaise with customers to provide consultation and appropriate service responses
  • Ensure measures and processes are in place to check quality standards in service provision
  • Oversee Critical Incident responses and management
  • Investigate and respond to clinical complaints in a professional and timely manner
  • Ensure the highest standards of EAP delivery, working in association with the Operations Director
Requirements:
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Experience in clinical governance and quality assurance
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
