Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and motivated dialysis healthcare professional to lead our Gloucester clinic. As a Renal Care Clinic Director, you will be responsible for the daily operational and clinical management of the clinic, ensuring high-quality care and meeting financial performance objectives.
About the Role
As a Dialysis Clinic Operations Manager, you will have full responsibility for the clinic's operational and clinical management, including staff supervision, training, and development. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with all policies, procedures, guidelines, and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Full operational and clinical management of the clinic, maintaining high care and quality outcomes.
- Ensuring compliance with all policies, procedures, guidelines, and regulations.
- Supervising, training, and supporting staff, fostering a culture of continuous professional development.
- Developing and maintaining excellent relationships with referring Client Organisation/s and ensuring effective communication with all stakeholders.
Requirements
- Level 1 Nurse Registered with the NMC, with a post-basic qualification in renal nursing.
- Experience in Haemodialysis and ability to lead nursing teams.
- Strong understanding of the Health and Social Care Act 2008 and its implications for Independent Healthcare providers.
- Excellent communication skills and good knowledge of MS Office.
