Property Management Manager Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Property Management Manager to lead our property management team in Ashford. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for inspiring your team to deliver exceptional service, fostering strong client relationships, and contributing to the growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Management: Lead and develop a team of property managers, conducting regular performance assessments to ensure they are meeting their goals and objectives.
  • Compliance: Ensure the business adheres to the highest compliance standards and remains risk-averse, ensuring that all legal and regulatory requirements are met.
  • Property Oversight: Manage property inspections, tenancy renewals, and maintenance issues to ensure that properties are well-maintained and that tenants are satisfied.
  • Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Operational Tasks: Oversee deposit returns, resolve rental arrears, and process eviction requests in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements:
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in property management within residential lettings.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to create a positive team environment and develop team members.
  • Compliance Knowledge: Strong understanding of current residential lettings legislation.
  • Driving Licence: A full UK driving licence for a manual vehicle is required.
Benefits:
  • Earnings: Up to £49,925 OTE with commission.
  • Basic Salary: £28,500 to £39,000, dependent on experience.
  • Commission: Up to £7,200 in capped commission and a further £3,725 uncapped commission target.
