Responsabilità chiave:

  • Assistere i residenti con i servizi relativi ai loro appartamenti.
  • Supportare gli Assistenti Concierge nella fornitura del servizio.
  • Gestire le richieste dei residenti.
  • Anticipare le esigenze dei residenti e superare le loro aspettative.

Requisiti:

  • Minimo 3 anni di esperienza in un ambiente di ospitalità o residenziale.
  • Eccellente padronanza della lingua inglese con abilità comunicative sicure.
  • Competenze informatiche con capacità di problem-solving e multitasking.
  • Patente di guida britannica e esperienza nella guida di auto di lusso.
