About the Role

Randstad Construction & Property is seeking a highly skilled Contracts Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing various projects across London, Hertfordshire, and Berkshire, with a focus on delivering major projects concurrently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contract Management: Lead and manage all contractual aspects of large-scale construction projects, from inception to completion, ensuring compliance with all contractual obligations, legal requirements, and company policies.
  • Project Coordination: Collaborate with project teams, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth and efficient project delivery, overseeing contract negotiations, variations, and claims.
  • Risk Management: Monitor project progress, addressing any issues that arise, and implementing corrective actions as necessary, while managing risk assessment and mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience as a Contracts Manager, preferably with a Tier One contractor, with a strong knowledge of contract law, construction regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large and complex construction contracts, with exceptional negotiation, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or related field (preferred).
