Jameson Legal is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join their team. The successful candidate will work closely with the Partners and Associates to drive growth through strategic business development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic business development initiatives to build client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and position the firm as a leading player in the market.
- Collaborate with fee earners to develop individual client plans, identify areas of opportunity, and deliver a service that meets all client needs.
- Lead a strategic and planned approach to develop action plans for existing clients and targets, ensuring effective execution and delivery.
- Work with the wider team to develop marketing collateral and execute business development strategies, driving growth and revenue.
- Perform other related ad hoc activities assigned by the Line Manager.
Requirements:
- Minimum of two years' experience in a business development role within a professional services firm.
- Proven experience in preparing proposals, pitch materials, presentations, and other related marketing materials.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively at all levels and backgrounds.
- Ability to manage assigned workload independently, delivering accurate and high-quality work.
