Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic business development initiatives to build client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and position the firm as a leading player in the market.
  • Collaborate with fee earners to develop individual client plans, identify areas of opportunity, and deliver a service that meets all client needs.
  • Lead a strategic and planned approach to develop action plans for existing clients and targets, ensuring effective execution and delivery.
  • Work with the wider team to develop marketing collateral and execute business development strategies, driving growth and revenue.
  • Perform other related ad hoc activities assigned by the Line Manager.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of two years' experience in a business development role within a professional services firm.
  • Proven experience in preparing proposals, pitch materials, presentations, and other related marketing materials.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively at all levels and backgrounds.
  • Ability to manage assigned workload independently, delivering accurate and high-quality work.
