Job Opportunity

Finatal is seeking a highly experienced Finance Director to drive strategic growth and commercial success in our rapidly expanding healthcare business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic financial guidance to the CEO and executive team, supporting decision-making and long-term planning.
  • Lead financial due diligence and integration of acquired businesses, ensuring seamless transitions and alignment with our strategic objectives.
  • Oversee financial operations across all sites, ensuring robust financial controls, accurate reporting, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Partner with operational leaders to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities, optimizing financial performance across the business.
  • Develop and mentor a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.

Requirements:

  • Experience in senior financial leadership roles, preferably within a multi-site or private equity-backed business.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing mergers and acquisitions, including financial due diligence and integration.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Hands-on approach with a deep understanding of financial operations and controls.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams.
  • ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent qualification.
