Strategic Financial Partner for Business Growth

Job Purpose
Ideagen is the driving force behind many critical industries, ensuring the safety and quality of our daily lives. As a strategic partner, you will play a vital role in helping us achieve our business objectives.
This role will act as a key liaison between the finance department and other business units, ensuring financial objectives align with the overall strategic goals of the company. You will provide expert financial insight and support to drive business performance.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning and forecasting, and collaborate with business units to prepare budgets and forecasts.
Monitor and report on financial metrics, key performance indicators, and business performance, and prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Support decision-making processes by providing financial analysis and insights, and identify financial risks and opportunities to drive business growth.
Requirements
Prior business partner / FP&A industry experience is essential, with Saas experience desirable. You must be a collaborative team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong strategic and analytical skills are required, with the ability to develop and communicate complex business plans and financial models.
A track record of delivering successful business outcomes through effective business partnering is essential, and a passion for driving business growth and success in a rapidly changing market is required.
