As a Reception Supervisor,

Your Role: You will be an integral part of a diverse team committed to delivering exceptional service and experiences to our guests at the front desk. We uphold high standards to surprise and delight our customers, ensuring a memorable stay.

Key Qualifications:
- Previous supervisory experience or a strong front office team member ready for increased responsibilities.
- Excellent communication skills to engage with both the team and our guests, providing a warm welcome and farewell.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, mornings, and evenings (no split shifts).
- Ability to anticipate and fulfill customer needs effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills to foster a fun and collaborative work environment.
- Genuine interest in delivering outstanding hospitality.
- Proficiency with payment systems and handling transactions.
- Capability to thrive under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced setting.
- Commitment to resolving customer complaints promptly and efficiently.

Your Responsibilities:
- Oversee the Reception Crew's activities, ensuring clarity in their roles and high-quality performance.
- Stay informed about daily operations, including arrivals, departures, and special requests, to prepare the team effectively.
- Respond promptly and effectively to all customer inquiries and requests.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in all areas at all times.
- Adhere to company standards and procedures for guest arrivals and departures, which will be evaluated by our Mystery Guests.
- Address guest complaints in a friendly and efficient manner, ensuring satisfaction.
- Train and motivate team members.
- Ensure accurate handling of cash, charges, floats, and till procedures.
