Key Qualifications -
Previous supervisory experience or a strong front office team member eager to embrace additional responsibilities.
Excellent communication skills to engage with both the team and our guests, ensuring a warm welcome and seamless departures.
Flexibility to work various shifts, experiencing the operation on different days, including weekends, mornings, and evenings (no split shifts).
Ability to identify and fulfill customer needs effectively.
Strong interpersonal skills to foster a fun and engaging work environment for all employees.
A genuine passion for providing outstanding hospitality.
Proficiency with systems and payment processing.
Capability to thrive under pressure and multitask in a dynamic setting.
Promptly resolve customer complaints to ensure satisfaction.

Responsibilities -
Oversee the Reception Crew's activities, ensuring clarity in their roles and high-quality performance.
Stay informed about daily operations, including arrivals, departures, and special requests, to prepare the team for success.
Ensure timely and effective responses to all customer inquiries and requests.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in all areas at all times.
Adhere to company standards and procedures for guest arrivals and departures, which will be evaluated by our Mystery Guests.
Address guest complaints in a friendly and efficient manner, prioritizing guest satisfaction.
Train and motivate team members to achieve excellence.
Ensure compliance with cash handling, charge, float, and till procedures.
