**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and proactively manage a portfolio of affiliate clients, ensuring a deep understanding of the financial value of each partner.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through affiliate acquisitions, leveraging industry knowledge and relationships.
  • Retain and grow existing affiliate partnerships, negotiating and reviewing commercial agreements as needed.
  • Analyze campaign performance, reporting ROI results and developing strategies to optimize marketing efforts.
  • Establish and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication, including face-to-face meetings, phone calls, and email updates.

**Requirements:**

  • At least 2 years of experience in Affiliate Marketing within the iGaming industry.
  • Previous experience in Online marketing sales, with a focus on digital marketing strategies.
  • Ability to run sales and marketing campaigns in the online scope, with a strong understanding of ROI metrics.
  • Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Word and Excel.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and planning skills, with a high level of numeracy.
  • Proven organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
