Job Summary:
Zeeco, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Combustion Equipment Specialist. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building relationships with existing and new clients in the refining and petrochemical industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact existing and new clients to offer technical assistance and promote Zeeco's products and services.
- Identify key personnel and establish and maintain working relationships.
- Negotiate with and influence decision makers to secure sales opportunities.
- Assist with commissioning, startup, and troubleshooting of combustion equipment.
- Understand end-user needs and identify sales opportunities.
- Work to generate enquiries and follow up on open quotes.
- Assist in closing orders and identifying end-user facility maintenance turnaround dates.
- Establish working agreements with strategic end-users and increase the productivity of Zeeco's manufacturers' reps through technical and sales support.
- Provide feedback to Zeeco's product groups for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Engineering degree or equivalent.
- Significant experience in combustion equipment and the chemical processing or hydrocarbon processing industry.
- Experience in sales or a customer service role, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
- Confidence in technical abilities and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent customer service skills and strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to identify and influence decision makers through effective negotiation.
- Independent and proactive, able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
