Administrative Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and dedicated individual to join our General Support Administration team at St George's University of London. This role presents an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about delivering exceptional service to our university and its stakeholders.

The successful candidate will assume a pivotal front-line position within our administration team, facilitating seamless communication and collaboration with various university personnel, including the Clinical Academic Groups (CAGs). Key responsibilities will include:

  • Organizing and minuting meetings with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Providing administrative support to ensure efficient day-to-day operations
  • Developing and maintaining effective relationships with colleagues and stakeholders
  • Utilizing MS Office applications to manage tasks and maintain records
  • Working in a busy administrative environment with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
